Let love motivate and inspire you

Sometimes what we know deep in our hearts gets clouded over by doubts and questions and other people's opinions and judgments. We need to clear away such clouds and listen to the Spirit within us, for it is the Spirit of God in us who carries the wisdom of God.

God is love. Love is the fundamental essence of His nature and character—His very being. God is perfect in love. God’s love is manifested by His absolutely pure desire to care for, share and give.

We live in a world that is enamored with “self.” The culture around us teaches us to focus on our appearance, feelings, and personal desires as the top priority. The goal, it seems, is to chase the highest level of happiness possible.

The principle to be considered is love is to be the motivating factor in our lives.  Flaunting our freedoms or touting our knowledge is self-serving. And winning debates but still losing people is not love.

Love will always consider what is in the best spiritual interest of another person. And it is love that strengthens.

Our lives are not dictated by rules and regulations or even by our freedom from those rules and regulations. Our lives are to be motivated by the love of God working in us and through us, impacting those around us by the power of the Holy Spirit.

It’s the power of His love that will carry us through life’s issues, we are never alone!

Love works. It is life’s most powerful motivator and has far greater depth and meaning than most people realise. It always does what is best for others and can empower us to face the greatest of problems. Love changes our motivation for living. Relationships become meaningful with it.

As Ron Scott said: Let love motivate and inspire you, today. If it is not love based, it's not God based. God is love.

Let love be your reason. Let love be your drive.

Let love motivate you to be the best person you can be.

May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. 2Cor 13:14.
