‘We are delighted to bring another season of It’s My Biz as part of our strategic intent to enable small businesses in South Africa. Since its first broadcast in 2010 this show has made a meaningful contribution to several businesses, providing solutions and practical advice in the areas of marketing, sales, finance and administration. This has been a great journey for us, enabling small business through practical insights and advice, making a difference on the ground. Through initiatives such as this we continue to champion much-needed sustainable growth in the SME sector,’ says Sibongiseni Ngundze: Managing Executive of Nedbank Retail Relationship Banking.

With the fourth season set to be a game changer, our host, Andile Masuku, will visit several enterprises confronted by various challenges as they take their business to the next level. Viewers will be taken into the heart of real businesses through a journey of engagement and solution.

‘Getting to the heart of these businesses starts with asking the right questions. This is an important step in conducting a comprehensive evaluation and providing a sustainable solution. As the bank for the entrepreneur, we focus beyond mere banking. Therefore we follow a holistic approach through various interventions, such as the small-business seminars, online networking and the resource portals SimplyBiz and Small Business Friday™, which aims to galvanise the South African population to support small business. It’s My Biz is another way Nedbank Votes Small Business,’ states Ngundze.

‘Entrepreneurship is at the heart of every country’s economic development, so as a channel we are committed to inspiring our viewers to be innovative in seeking great opportunities to improve their lives. It’s My Biz is one of those shows that add value to viewers because it celebrates and educates aspirant and established entrepreneurs,’ says e.tv Head of Channel, Monde Twala.
